 <li>TXT Playlist Creation
 Name your playlist as xxx.txt, then format it as follows:

Radio 1,http://icestreaming.rai.it/1.mp3</pre>
 Remember to save your file as UTF-8.

 <li>M3U Playlist Creation (Format 1)
 Name your playlist as xxx.txt, then apply the following format:

 Save as UTF-8 and change the extension from xxx.txt to xxx.m3u.

 <li>Add Your Playlist to Your Device

 <li>Add Local Playlists
 Connect your device to your computer. For macOS versions prior to Catalina, use iTunes to manage file sharing; for Catalina and later, use Finder to drag the playlist into IPTV Fast's file-sharing document.

 <li>Download Remote Playlists
 Upload your playlist to a web service to obtain its download URL. Open IPTV Fast, enter the URL, and initiate the download process.
 </li>
